Red Band Teaser Trailer for THE GIRL WITH THE DRAGON TATTOO

This weekend the first teaser trailer for director David Fincher’s The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo hit theaters overseas. This trailer defines the word intensity – and you will see what I mean after you watch this minute and a half teaser. Watch this while you still can because this is a bootleg copy and I would assume Sony will have it removed pretty damn soon. The official trailer is scheduled to drop sometime next week for U.S audiences, but for now, here is your first look at David Fincher’s highly anticipated The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo. Enjoy!

David Fincher once again teams up with Trent Reznor (Nine Inch Nails) to score this film. Reznor is hot off his Academy Award for the score to Fincher’s latest masterpiece The Social Network. The song in this trailer is Immigrant Song – which Reznor has redone for this movie. If you aren’t familiar with The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo here is a quick synopsis:

A journalist is aided in his search for a woman who’d been missing, or dead, for forty years, by a young female hacker, played in this one by Rooney Mara. Based on Stieg Larsson’s Millennium series of novels.

Starring Daniel Craig and Rooney Mara, The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo hits theaters on December 21st 2011.
