INCEPTION Star Tom Hardy Cast in Christopher Nolan’s Third Batman Movie

Christopher Nolan clearly enjoys working with familiar faces as he reportedly cast Inception star Tom Hardy in the still untitled third Batman film. Deadline is reporting that Hardy will join the cast in an unknown role. This is a top secret project so we don’t even know if he will play a villain or if Nolan has other plans for the actor.

Currently Hardy is filming This Means War and can next be seen in Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy and WarriorMad Max: Fury Road and may be shooting if that project ever gets off the ground. Nolan has a history of utilizing the same actors from one film to the next. Michael Caine was in Batman Begins, The Dark Knight, and this summers Inception. Joseph Gordon-Levitt who starred in Inception is rumored to have a role in Batman 3 as well. When we find out who Tom Hardy will be playing we will report on it here.
