Len Wiseman to Direct TOTAL RECALL

Director Len Wiseman is now attached to direct the reboot of Total Recall, the 1990 movie starring Arnold Schwarzengger will now have a more modern look and tone to it. Wiseman was chosen by Colombia Pictures to helm the new movie based on the short story by Phillip K. Dick.

Wiseman’s previous films include Live Free or Die Hard and the Underworld movies so this action reboot should be right up his alley.Wiseman spoke with ComingSoon and had this to say about the project:

“I’ve always been fascinated with Philip K. Dick’s short story, and I’m excited at that prospect of diving even deeper into the type of world it evokes and the questions it asks. I love that the most crucial mystery our character is trying to solve is the one of his own soul.”
