Movie Trailer for DUE DATE Starring Robert Downey Jr and Zach Galifianakis

Director Todd Philips follow up to last summer’s comedy hit The Hangover is the new comedy titled Due Date. The first official trailer for the flick was released today via Yahoo and we have the hilarious trailer for you to check out below. Starring Robert Downey Jr and Hangover star Zach Galifianakis, Due Date is a road trip comedy following Peter Highman (Downey Jr) as he travels across country to make it in time for the birth of his first child. Along for the ride is aspiring actor Ethan Trembly (Galifianakis) who makes the trip an interesting one for Peter. Watch the first full trailer for Due Date below.

This looks like a great follow-up to The Hangover for director Todd Phillips. The premise reminds me of a modern day Planes, Trains, and Automobiles, with Downey Jr playing the Steve Martin role, and Galifianakis as John Candy, the annoying travel companion.
