Web Crawler: Futurama/ X-Men Meld
This is, possibly, one of the best pieces of fan art that I have ever seen. My favorite animated show is FUTURAMA and my favorite comic book team is the X-MEN. This is totally a match made in heaven for me. This image was created and posted by gottabecarl at DeviantArt. I would totally purchase this piece for my collection. How many characters can you name both X-Men and Futurama related? Which of the characters is your favorite?

The Robot Devil as Mr. Sinister, Nixon as the Juggernaut and Scruffy as Gambit have me laughing the most. You know that I am a Phoenix fan so Lela has stolen the show for me.

I really like some of the choice characters. Alot of them were very thought out. Is there a picture it's copying? I want to say I've seen this before…with real the real Xmen characters of course.
I'm not sure that it's based on any one X-Men picture. There are several that look very similar to this. I have a Joe Quesada litho of the X-Men that looks a lot like this. Thanks for commenting.
