I’ve had six ex-girlfriends, and since most of them are evil, I think it’d be awesome for my girlfriend to have to fight them. SCOTT PILGRIM VS. THE WORLD tells the story of a hapless young man who falls in love with a girl bringing some baggage with her. The baggage isn’t emotional, it’s seven evil exes that Scott has to defeat to be with the one he loves. Based on the comic book of the same name and drawing on the hilarious and visually stunning artistic look of the story, SCOTT PILGRIM is quickly shaping up to be one of the year’s most anticipated films. SCOTT PILGRIM is directed by Edgar Wright (SHAUN OF THE DEAD) and stars Michael Cera (SUPERBAD, ARRESTED DEVELOPMENT) and Mary Elizabeth Winstead (LIVE FREE OR DIE HARD). I am loving the look and style of the movie, taking nods from comic-based characterizations and video game action. Anyone else looking forward to this movie? Leave your thoughts below.
