Web Crawler: Fortress of Solitude Found?

Logging into Yahoo! today, I came across this interesting article. Apparently, it’s about Mexico’s Naica’s mine, filled with natural deposits of gypsum. Found 900 feet below the surface, the mine was drained slowly and they discovered huge crystals throughout the cavern. The crystals are the largest ever discovered, easily topping 30 feet and some up to 55 tons. Why is this noteworthy on Fanboyz? Because the pictures that are coming out of the discovery are shockingly similar to Superman’s arctic fortress. Check out pictures of the Naica cavern below.
