Check Out: Jonah Hex Promo Image

DC Comics western character Jonah Hex has been gaining some steady momentum for a little while now. We have seen set shots of Josh Brolin (Hex) and Megan Fox (Leila), but now we get a peek at a nice promo image from the film. Jonah Hex may be a tough sell for most, but if you’re a Man With No Name fan who has been enjoying recent comic book films, then this may be worth checking out.

A bounty hunter in the wild west, Jonah Hex hunts down a voodoo witch doctor who plans to liberate the South by raising and army of the dead.

Sounds a bit weird for a western, but it is still a comic book. I find it strange that a movie based on an obscure DC Comics character will see the light of day before a well received Superman film can relaunch. I am always happy to see more comic book films, but this just seems like an off the wall comic book film from Warner Bros. to follow the success of The Dark Knight.
