Jack is Back: 24 Season 8 Teaser Trailer

Jack Bauer is back again for an eighth season of 24. Bauer, played by actor Kiefer Sutherland, will reprise his role once again for an eighth day of saving lives and kicking ass. This summer we were lucky enough to attend a pane l at Comic-Con which featured the cast of 24 and an exclusive look at the upcoming season. Tonight this teaser trailer for the new season debuted and it gives fans exactly what they are looking for: Jack Bauer back in action. This time around the action is in New York City where Jack must prevent a politicial assassination. Check out the teaser trailer for the eighth season of the hit Fox TV show 24.

Jack’s daughter Kim (Elisha Cuthbert) is back in his life, and when he is called to action, he is reluctant to assist as he is attempting to get his life back together. Jack wants to be a family man, but he cannot be both a father and a hero, as the past has shown. In season 8 a middle east leader Arman Hashemi (Slumdog Millionaire’s Anil Kapoor) travels to New York City to sign a peace treaty with President Taylor (Cherry Jones), but an assasination attempt may prevent this from happening.

24 season 8 premieres on Fox January 17th.
