Check Out: First Trailer for Guy Ritchie’s Sherlock Holmes

Arriving in theaters this Christmas, Guy Ritchie’s latest film, Sherlock Holmes, has debuted its’ first trailer. The movie stars Robert Downey, Jr. as the title character and Jude Law as his assistant Dr. Watson. This movie looks like it will be very fun. I was unsure how mainstream it would be with a director like Guy Ritchie ( Snatch, Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels.) It looks like this movie should appeal to the masses and I am so thrilled to see Downey, Jr. getting more and more roles in Hollywood. To think several years ago he had fizzled away is astonishing. The Iron Man star is blowing up the big screen and his interpretation of the classic literary character Sherlock Holmes is brilliant. Check out the trailer after the jump and tell us what you think.
