Wolverine Heading Back for Seconds

In case fans were not left content with X-Men Origins: Wolverine, Hugh Jackman and his company Seed Productions are developing a second installment. Seed Productions worked on the the first film, and considering the $85 million opening weekend, 20th Century Fox is looking to add to the franchise. Although many fans were turned off by the departure from the source material, it sounds as though we will see Logan in Japan, as hinted in one of the additional endings. The question is whether they can go back to what the fans want and stay close to the comics, or depart and grow from what was started in the first film. I thought the first 30 min of the movie showed a lot of promise, but dropped off at the end. No doubt Fox knows their fan base was upset with the story, but this could be a chance for Wolverine to redeem himself. So, does it sound like a good idea to do a Wolverine sequel?
