Casting News: De Niro and Norton Team Up for ‘Stone’

Robert De Niro and Edward Norton shared the screen in 2001′s heist flick The Score. The two actors will once again re-team for director John Curran’s new film titled Stone. This news comes from Production Weekly via Twitter who state that the movie is scheduled to begin filming next month in Pittsburgh. The movie will be based on a play by Junebug screenwriter Angus MacLachlan. De Niro will play a parole officer who develops a friendship with a teaching assistant. There are not too many details as to what this movie is really about, so when we learn more we will bring you the news.
