28 Days Later Comic Book Series Announced

We usually hear about comic books being made into movies, but now a popular movie will become a comic book series. The zombie horror-thriller film 28 Days Later and it’s sequel 28 Weeks Later are being developed into a comic book series by Boom Studios and Fox Atomic. The comic book series will supposedly bridge the gap between the first film and it’s sequel. The first issues will hit stores this July, and the story will focus primarily on the events from 28 Days Later. This could be a very successful series if it is anything like the movies. I thought these are the best zombie movies I have ever seen, and the if the comic book can capture the intensity of the movie, than this will be a good read.
