New Trailer: Director Sam Mendes’ Away We Go

I really enjoy quirky trailers for movies which I know little about. Before I watched this trailer I had no idea what this movie was about, and only that Sam Mendes was directing it. Mendes recently directed Revolutionary Road, and is the visionary director behind films such as American Beauty and Road to Perdition. Away We Go stars John Krasinski, Maya Rudolph, Maggie Gyllenhaal, Catherine O’Hara, Jeff Daniels and Allison Janney in a film about a couple who are expecting a baby but have yet to figure out their life ambitions. What did you think of the trailer? I really enjoy seeing John Krasinski on screen. He has a boyish quality, and even behindthe beard and glasses, he brings an endearing quality to the screen. I really enjoyed the music in this trailer and knowing that Sam Mendes is directing it just makes it even better.
Away We Go hits theaters June 5, 2009.

yeah it sounded like alexei murdoch provided the music, which really added to it, and as a huge fan of the office i will watch anything krasinski is in. though this looks outstanding!!!
